Private Duty Care Services

At Alliance Home Health Care and Hospice, we take pride in offering quality non-medical care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Our private duty home care services prolong independence by:

  • Performing light housekeeping
  • Preparing meals
  • Conducting home safety evaluations
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Providing respite for family caregivers

Time spent bending over to clean, reaching high shelves to organize, and washing the laundry can be overwhelming for an individual who is struggling to keep up with housekeeping. Our private duty homemakers tackle light house chores and meal preparation to keep our clients safe and comfortable. And, home safety is often on the minds of those with aging relatives who continue to live at home alone. To ensure that safety has been accounted for, we are happy to perform our Alliance Home Health Care and Hospice home safety evaluations. Home safety modifications can mean improved mobility, fewer falls and accidents, and less worry for family members.

To help lighten the load for family caregivers, Alliance Home Health Care and Hospice personal care services can provide respite and a safe process for hygiene maintenance for care recipients. Services include toileting, bathing and grooming, to name a few. Additionally, when transportation assistance is needed, our trusted caregivers can be assigned to pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy. And, trips to the doctor and shopping can be arranged as well.

Also imperative, companionship and conversation play a huge role in maintaining quality of life. Have our compassionate caregivers monitor living situations while talking and listening to your loved one, and know that we are here to put your mind at ease.

Home Health & Hospice Care

  • Alliance Home Health Care understands the difficulties associated with in-home care. Our nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, medical social workers, dietitians, and home health aides work closely with a patient’s physician to establish a proper treatment plan.
  • Our hospice care services are designed to help our patients live each day to the fullest extent possible in your home—and to provide comfort and support to their families as well. Patients receive visits as needed, and the hospice team is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for support and care, as needed.
